The Great Room currently operates 7 places in Singapore, including offices at One George Road in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Roadway, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Road.

The Great Room also currently operates two areas in Sydney, Australia; 2 in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.

Industrious plans to expand its Apac portfolio by greater than 50% over the next 12 months, involving the starting of 3 brand-new areas in Singapore this year. The pipeline is part of a wider worldwide expansion, with the firm aiming to open more than 60 new areas worldwide in 2026.

The move will combine Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) areas, previously operating under The Great Room, into its international network, the company said in a June 17 launch.

The three new areas slated to open in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Road, Shaw Tower on Beach Roadway, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.

” Creating an one global brand joins our group and members around the primary values that have always specified us: premium friendliness, stunning design, and a real sense of belonging,” includes Gentry Long, head of state of Industrious.

Properties under hospitality-led work environment dealer The Great Room– extending Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– are going to use under the Industrious company, starting July 1.

The rebrand comes 4 years after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– gotten homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE obtained full control of Industrious in January 2025.

” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the same idea that work should really feel human,” claims Su Anne Mi, handling supervisor for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That approach is what defined The Great Room across Apac, and it carries forward under the Industrious label.”
